What is the Level System?

At Moxi Hair Salon, we believe everyone deserves beautiful hair—no matter their budget. You’ll notice a price range listed for each of our services. This range reflects the level of the stylist you choose for your appointment. Level 1 stylists offer services at lower prices, while Level 4 stylists have higher rates. All of our stylists are highly trained and skilled; their levels represent the growth and promotions they’ve earned within our company.

Offer

Haircuts

Our haircut services are completely gender-free — because great hair isn’t defined by gender. Instead of labeling cuts as “men’s” or “women’s,” we base our pricing on the time and detail each service requires.

Haircut Express | $37–$45
A quick refresh for short or simple styles.

Standard Haircut | $47–$59
Our most popular option, ideal for most hair types and lengths.

Haircut Plus | $59–$71
Extra time for longer or thicker hair, major style changes, or added detailing.

Highlights

Our dimensional color services are fully customized to each guest. We use a blend of techniques—such as balayage, foilyage, hand-painted highlights, and traditional foils—to create multi-tonal, natural-looking dimension tailored to your style.

Vivid / Rainbow Color

We LOVE vivid hair color! Moxi began as Erie’s go-to salon for creative and vibrant color, and that passion still runs deep in everything we do. From bold, all-over transformations to soft pops of color, every vivid look is fully customized to bring your dream hair to life.

We highly recommend scheduling a complimentary consultation before your vivid appointment. During your consult, we’ll discuss your vision, the services needed to achieve it, maintenance expectations, and all the exciting possibilities for your unique color journey. Price Varies

Spa Services

Our 8th Street location offers a variety of relaxing spa services including Facials, and three types of Head Spa Scalp Facials.

We also offer lash services including lash lifts and tints.

Extensions and Hair Tinsel

We offer a variety of hair extension methods including hand-tied and tape-ins. All extensions require a in person consultation before scheduling the extension install.

We also offer hair tinsel! Hair tinsel aka fairy hair is a fun way to add a little shimmer and sparkle to your hair without any damage.

$10 for 2 beads of tinsel

Color Touch Ups

This category includes color maintenance services for new hair growth—commonly known as Root Touch-Ups for natural hair color or Bleach and Tone for blondes—typically scheduled every 4–8 weeks.

Partial Highlights

Not every highlight appointment requires a full service. Partial highlights are perfect for refreshing existing color, brightening around the face, or adding subtle dimension where it counts most.

Facial and Body Waxing

Both Moxi locations offer full facial waxing including brows, lip and chin. We also offer brow tinting at both locations. Our 8th street location offers full body waxing including Brazilian, Bikini, underarm, legs etc.
