Moxi Hair Salon Policies
We understand that things come up and you might have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If you are late, cancel, or do not appear for your appointment, your card saved on file will be charged 50% of your scheduled service(s).
If your card is declined or will are unable to charge your card you will be responsible for paying the fee at your next appointment.
If reoccurring No-Shows/cancellations happen, you will be required to prepay 100% of your next scheduled appointment if you choose to reschedule.
Refunds & Return Policy
are not given on services or products, no exceptions. If you are unhappy with the service you received please reach out within 24 hours of the completed service to determine if you are eligible for a complimentary adjustment. Adjustments are made if the stylist did not execute the service to your/Moxi standards. Adjustments are not made if the client changes their mind on their service choice, these instances will require another paid appointment.
We want you to love your take home hair products! If what you took home isn't working the way you would like, exchanges are allowed on products as long as 75% of product is left and the exchange is within 60 (sixty) days.
Due to Liability issues, children are only permitted in the salon when they are scheduled for an appointment. There can be many hazardous things in a hair salon for unattended children. Parents will be held responsible for any damages caused by unattended children.
