Moxi Hair Salon Policies
We understand that things come up and you might have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly ask that you give 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment. If you are late, cancel, or do not appear for your appointment, you automatically forfeit your 50% deposit on the scheduled service(s). You will be required to prepay 100% of your next scheduled appointment if you choose to reschedule. We thank you for your support of Moxi Hair Salon.
Refunds are not given on services or products, no exceptions.
Exchanges are allowed on products as long as 75% of product is left and the exchange is within 60 (sixty) days.
All deposits made on appointments go towards the final price of the service. Deposits are only refundable if the client gives a 48 hours (or more) notice.
Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are scheduled for an appointment.
